BASKETBALL
Manufacturing of basketball uniforms typically involves several steps, from design and material selection to production and quality control. Here’s a general overview of the manufacturing process for uniforms.
Design and Concept:
The process begins with the design of the uniform. Teams or organizations work with designers to create a unique look that includes colors, logos, and overall aesthetics.
Pattern Making:
Patterns for the uniform components are created based on the design. These patterns serve as templates for cutting the fabric.

FABRIC CUTTING
Large rolls of fabric are spread out, and the patterns are laid on top. Workers then cut the fabric following the patterns to create individual pieces for the uniform.
SUBLIMATION
We can also make with sublimation printing, which allows for detailed, custom designs. This process involves transferring ink directly onto the fabric using heat and pressure.
STITCHING
Our Skilled sewers assemble the uniform pieces, including the jersey and pants, using industrial sewing machines. They sew seams, add elastic waistbands, and attach any necessary padding.
